Welcome to the Fort Assiniboine Public Library  

We are located in the Hamlet of Fort Assiniboine approximately 160km NW of Edmonton.

The Fort Assiniboine Public Library is a school-housed public library.  The present day library was constructed in 1988.  Prior to this new construction, the library was the size of a regular classroom and public patrons had to walk through the school to get to it.

This new library was designed with a separate public entrance and large windows which creates a nice bright area for visitors/staff to relax or work.
