The Residents of Fort Assiniboine and area have a lot to be proud of these days and Dausen Kluin is right at the top of our list.

Dausen is a Grade 12 student at the Fort Assiniboine School.  He belongs to the 4H club (and has for quite a long time).  He is a top-ranked armwrestler and he has, most recently, become a public speaker.  With his 'gift-of-gab', that really shouldn't surprise anyone.  But, most of all, Dausen is a positive thinker and rarely lets things get him down.  He is always smiling, laughing and have a good time with friends and family.

Woops!! I guess I forgot to mention that Dausen has Cerebral Palsy but, please forgive me for this omission.  Once you meet Dausen, you, too, will be caught up in his 'aura of AWESOMENESS'.  His CP doesn't slow him down in the least.  He has a driver's license, a truck, a ton of friends and a knockout personality.

Dausen has been speaking at schools and other gatherings for months now  He talks about his life (and other things, too) and it can (and will) bring tears to your eyes but, in the next breath, he will have you laughing.  We can all learn from this young man.  He is truly and inspiration.

Way to go, Dausen!  Keep smilin'.
